Examples being ; 1) Have an evening performing songs, contemporary with their youth, for OAP’s in a residential home, whilst they enjoy the company of the dogs. 2) Singing Telegram’ – ‘a message that is delivered by an artist in a musical form’ I could perform a surprise rendition of, for example, a cancer patient who is in remission, special song in celebration of them making it through treatment.
- ‘We’re All Going On A Summer Holiday’ – During the six week school summer holiday, Candice and the kids could join us through a child orientated road trip through France. - ‘Father & Son’ – Seek to arrange a beautiful rendition of one of Darrens song and record such with his father Tommy playing piano on his sons song. Tom, from my own experience seeing him play in the aftermath of Darren’s death, is a highly adept ‘pop pianist’ and it would make for a wonderful recording, and potentially highly emotional and rewarding experience for all involved. Maybe a live performance could be arranged at, off the top of my head, some sort of fundraising event for sufferers of addiction.
- ‘Get Your Rocks Off’ – Weave a comedic, recurring theme around Blackos intermittent bouts of frenzied ‘humping’ (‘or colloquially, amongst my girls and I, and somewhat more family friendly ‘flumping’) both the living, strangers, other, primarily male dogs and the inanimate, cabbage patch dolls and rocking horse alike. For example ; ‘Islands In The Stream’ whilst the car with the bridal party arrives or ‘I Love You Baby’ immediately after the church service as the wedding goers throw confetti.
